Broker of Needham Realty Group Florida and Needham Realty, Starr has been a licensed real estate broker since 1984 and holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate and urban land economics from the University of North Florida. Most of his career has been spent in development and marketing of new home developments in Northern California and Southern for some of the largest home developers in the country.

I have been a licensed Realtor since 1997 and am licensed in Florida and am a licensed Broker in California. Our family has been in the real estate industry since 1961 and has spanned three generations.
